How To Play
Chat fires in guesses
Every word submitted can earn points, so everyone piles in and the round starts buzzing.
Best guess hits the screen
The closest guess is revealed, showing correct letters, close letters and how near chat is to the BuzzWord.
Chase the multiplier
Use each reveal to narrow the word fast. Find the BuzzWord early and every submitted guess in that round gets multiplied.
Final Round
If chat has not found it by the final round, there is one last chance to lock in everyone's score. Miss it and, well, the scoreboard has a small emotional breakdown.
Scoring
Every word guessed can score points
Players earn points from the words they submit each round.
DRAPE
10 ptsCorrect letter, wrong place
Worth 1 point for each letter that belongs in the word, but is sitting in the wrong spot.
STING
20 ptsCorrect letter, correct place
Worth 2 points for each letter that is exactly where it should be.
FOUND
100 ptsPlayers Scores build as they play in chat
Round by round, player scores keep stacking while chat hunts for the BuzzWord.

Final Round
BUZZED
No more points, glory or bust
If the BuzzWord has not been found, chat enters the Find The BuzzWord final round. Nobody earns points in this round.

Chat has one job: work together, type their guesses and find the BuzzWord to lock in everyone's score.
Miss the Buzzword and everybody loses
Fail to find the BuzzWord and every players score for that game drops back to 0. A heroic community effort, gently fed into the shredder.
