By accessing or using BuzzWord, you agree to these terms and any applicable laws, platform rules and community guidelines. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, Twitch Extension, dashboard, browser source or game.
Using BuzzWord
BuzzWord is provided as an interactive entertainment game for streamers and their communities. You are responsible for how you present it on stream, the chat environment around it, moderation decisions, viewer interactions and compliance with Twitch rules and applicable laws.
Limited licence
Koko Digital Ltd gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BuzzWord for its intended streaming and community gameplay purpose. This licence does not transfer ownership of BuzzWord, its code, artwork, design, name, branding or related materials.
Twitch connection
Some BuzzWord features require a valid Twitch account. By connecting your Twitch account or sharing your identity through the Twitch Extension, you allow BuzzWord to use the Twitch account information needed to provide profiles, statistics, game results and leaderboard features. Your use of Twitch remains subject to Twitch's own terms and policies.
Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, resell, mirror, scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of BuzzWord. You must not bypass security, overload the service, interfere with servers or networks, abuse overlay URLs, impersonate another person, manipulate scores, automate unfair play, submit unlawful content or use BuzzWord in a way that harms other players, streamers, Twitch, Koko Digital Ltd or the service.
Leaderboards and content
Leaderboards are part of the entertainment experience rather than a guaranteed competition record. We may correct, hide or remove scores, profiles, chat content or game records if they appear abusive, offensive, unlawful, inaccurate, automated, manipulated or technically invalid. Chat messages, profile images, usernames and viewer submissions are created by users or third-party platforms and do not represent Koko Digital Ltd.
Streamer and viewer conduct
You are responsible for maintaining a suitable stream environment and for using moderation tools where needed. BuzzWord must not be used to harass, exploit, discriminate against, threaten or expose personal information about any person.
Third-party platforms
BuzzWord depends on Twitch and may use other hosting, analytics, database, infrastructure or support providers. Those third-party services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for outages, changes, account actions or data handling by third-party platforms outside our control.
Availability
BuzzWord may change, pause or become unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, technical issues, platform changes or business reasons. We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent statistics or leaderboard availability, or compatibility with every stream setup, browser, device or Twitch application.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback about BuzzWord, you allow us to use them without payment or restriction. Please do not send anything confidential through feedback or support channels.
Liability
BuzzWord is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koko Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of data, lost revenue, stream disruption, moderation issues, third-party links, user-generated content or service interruptions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms or the privacy policy as BuzzWord develops. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
